Chang Chang is a collaboration between daughter Lydia Chang and her parents Lisa and Peter Chang, the chefs and founders of twelve restaurants in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region, including Peter Chang, Q, and Mama Chang.

Note: The family is not related to PF Chang.

  • Chang Chang is a dual restaurant concept, reflecting a new chapter in Chinese cuisine while also paying homage to the old guard Chinese dishes that made Peter Chang famous in the region.

Chang Chang features two menus: Chang In and Chang Out.

The Chang In menu, available at dinner seven nights a week, serves elevated Chinese cuisine with a modern twist. The menu celebrates culinary flavors from Hunan, Shanghai, and Canton. Drawing on a new generation of Chinese chefs with global and Western cooking experience, the menu also features influences from Chinese diaspora communities in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Peru.

Chang Out menu is available for weekday lunch. It features many of Peter Chang’s popular dishes found at his restaurants in Virginia, Maryland, and beyond. Chang Out’s offerings, along with our creative desserts, are also available as carry out. Please note: Guests at dinner may not dine from the Chang Out menu.

On the weekends, Chang Chang offers dim sum and Asian-influenced brunch dishes.
